Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this site, operated by Muha Meds (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Age restriction

This site is intended solely for adults aged twenty-one (21) or older. By using it and by placing an order you confirm that you are at least twenty-one. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we reasonably believe is under twenty-one.

Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are confirmed against our own records when your order is placed — the price you are charged is the price in our catalogue at that moment, not one submitted by your browser. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel any order, including where an item is unavailable, where a price was displayed in error, or where we believe the buyer is under twenty-one.

No payment is taken at checkout. Once your order is placed we send payment instructions for the method you selected, and we prepare the order for delivery once payment clears. Any discount tied to a payment method applies only when that method is actually used.

Delivery

We deliver retail and wholesale orders within the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Someone aged twenty-one or older must be present to receive the order; if nobody is available, the order may be returned and re-delivery may be refused.

Permitted use

You may use the site to browse and to place retail or wholesale orders. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise automate access except via feeds we publish;
• Interfere with or disrupt the site or its networks;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or our systems;
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law;
• Use the site or our marks in a way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without our prior written consent;
• Use the site to violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Intellectual property

The site and its content — text, graphics, logos, icons, images, photography, video, and the Muha Meds name and marks — are the property of Muha Meds or our licensors, and are protected by United States and international intellectual property law. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from site content.

User-submitted content

When you submit an enquiry or subscribe, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to read, store, and act on that submission — to reply to it, to keep it in our records, or to share it within our team. We do not undertake to act on, preserve, or respond to every submission.

Please do not send confidential or highly sensitive information through the site. If you provide another person’s information, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

Email communications

Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. We may continue to send transactional messages — order confirmations and delivery updates, for example — after you unsubscribe from marketing.

The site may link to third-party sites. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for their content, policies, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
